Golbets Terms & Conditions — Know the details before you play

01 General Terms

Golbets (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and casino platform. Please read all of the following terms carefully before using this service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and golbets.

Creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on golbets indicates your acceptance of all these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the platform.

Golbets reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the platform.

02 Account Registration

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering on golbets. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or terminated at any time.

• Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and name provided at registration must match the details on the account's payment method.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your account access with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• After registration, golbets may request a national ID or other documents for verification purposes.
• If verification documents are not submitted within 72 hours of the request, transactions on your account may be restricted.

03 Age Limit & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on golbets. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.

• Golbets may request a National ID or Birth Certificate at any time to verify your age.
• If there are grounds for suspicion, account transactions will be put on hold until verification is complete.
• Any winnings earned while a minor has access to an account will be forfeited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on golbets can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum limit, though large deposits may require verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours. However, processing may take longer if verification is still pending.
• The account must be fully verified before each withdrawal can be processed.
• To withdraw winnings from bonuses, the applicable turnover requirements must first be fulfilled.
• If any suspicious transaction is detected, golbets may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

05 Betting Rules

Please make sure you fully understand the rules below before placing a bet on golbets. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is final. If a technical error results in an incorrect bet, contact support immediately.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Golbets is not responsible for missed bets resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Golbets reserves the right to void any bet associated with suspicious activity or match-fixing.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts will result in all bets being voided and may lead to account closure.
• Golbets reserves the right to void or adjust any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All golbets bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the terms of each offer before claiming a bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the required turnover conditions have been met.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time. Complete your current bonus before claiming the next one.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, golbets may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Golbets reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

07 Responsible Gaming

Golbets believes betting is for entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Contact support to set deposit limits, betting limits, or to use the self-exclusion option.
• Avoid placing more bets in an attempt to recover money you have lost.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Golbets reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity.
• Registering as a minor.
• Using another member's account, or allowing others to use yours.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance at the time of the request will be refunded once the process is complete (excluding bonuses).
